Out water is too hard and clogged up the dishwasher. Having a rough time getting used to washing everything by hand again.
It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.

My baby's turning one this May and I can't decide on a theme! I'm torn between Blue Jays and jungle animals...

LOL Thank you! Can't wait for the season to start. Our baby went to his first Jays game when he was 6 weeks old I was told we took "Jr Jays" way too seriously

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from the Shoe Company and the one pair I really wanted has two scratches in the leather. They're so comfy and soft but the scratches(that I'm sure I'm the only one who would notice) really bother me.

well thank you @beckie.c ! but guess what??!!

Oh of course the guy comes JUST before 4 pm. and of course NONE of the 3 parts that were delivered here around noon are the damaged parts!!
So he orders 2 parts that he says it is either one of the two....but they cannot GET the parts till Wed and none of their technicians even start till noon, so they work till 8 p.m.
I totally expect him to return to fix this no sooner than 7:58 p.m. on Wed night because THAT is Murphy's law right??
( pulling my hair out now!!)

I know what you mean. Our dishwasher broke in Nov. I had just packed it full and the latch broke. Go to get a new one but ended up waiting 3 weeks to get a better dishwasher at a cheaper price on Black Friday. Realized how many dishes we use, plus had to wash everything in dishwasher. After a week, I decided to stop cooking and pulled out some paper plates lol couldn't wait for new dishwasher to arrive! I feel your pain! Lol

Ugh, no way! How frustrating. I would have to take a day and a half off work and that would pay for half of a new dryer . Well here is hoping everything goes smoothly on Wednesday, and you are the first stop so you can get on with the rest of your day.

This dishwasher has been a pain.. we had to remove the ceramic tiles in front to get the old dishwasher out because the counter top is glued down on parts of the cupboard. The spot for the dishwasher was too small for a standard model, so we special ordered an Asko model (Swedish brand) because it was the right size... 4 to 10 weeks for delivery.

I have a feeling paper plates may be coming shortly... but its going to be a pretty dishwasher when its installed :D

Dh's truck is in the shop for the 4th time in a month to fix the same problem. Hopefully this is the right part that needs to be replaced. Every time dh's truck goes into the shop he borrows my truck, which means that I either have to drop him off and pick him up from work or else I will be stuck at home with our 3 young children all day. I'm still debating what I want to do today. They are forecasting bad freezing rain later in the day, so I'm not sure that I want to pack up the kids to drive and pick dh up at the end of the day just so that our 3yr old can attend story time at the library this morning.
