    ..I baked a chicken and made crispy oven baked fries, stove top and lots of gravy.. lots of leftover chicken for sandwiches tomorrow

    Right now, that would be my dream meal!

    We're having leftover Easter food - ham, sausage, cabbage rolls, egg cheese, Easter breads and I'll cook up some sort of veg for me.

    I cooked kernel corn for me. We're going to have to fight over the horseradish/beets, though - there's not much left.

    Leftover ham with extra glaze added. Left over mashed potatoes, which I added some sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon too and baked. Nothing fancy but it is one of those days
