What's For Dinner?

Fast fry pork chops. mashed potatoes and mixed frozen veggies.

Had a small opps yesterday, Mom was looking for something in the freezer and forgot to put a box of perogies back in, I found them a few hours later so still good but wouldn't put them back in the freezer. So tonight is perogie casserole.

meatloaf is all gone, so late last night I made up 3 x bread loaf pans of lasagna using homemade fresh pasta noodles.
The 3 bags of assorted salad choices are still in the crisper! Must eat some garden salad and a serving of coleslaw today.

Well here I am in TO with you Easterners-nice day here. Visiting my Mum and she says she is making corn beef hash for dinner-bring it on!

Tonight will be grilled rib-eye served with a baked potato with all the fixins and a salad on the side ... served with a bottle of Prosecco.

Day 13: *late in posting* DH requested naan pizza's again so his had leftover pepperoni and only a small amount of kale and butternut squash. Mine was all butternut squash,onions, and garlic.

Still some chops left and mashed potatoes, so looks like leftovers for me

I'm going to strip the free rotisserie chicken and use the leftovers in a chicken and veggie stir-fry served with egg noodles.

Day 14: DH requested frikerdella (Danish meatballs) so that's what I made with potatoes and a sour cream with fresh dill and garlic

My mom gave us a black Forrest cake for dessert (only took 2 slices) so they got the rest.
