What's For Dinner?

Last night we were both exhausted after a busy day so we whipped up a cheese omelet and baked pork sausage.
tonight it’s grilled ribeye,mushrooms, crispy garlic baked little potatoes and roasted asparagus.

..last night I made honey garlic chicken in the oven with baked potato and corn, it was good..there's leftover chicken for today...and I'm going to a party later if its not too stormy so there will be lots of food, I'm making that cheeseburger dippy thing again

Going for a early lunch at my daughters so we can visit my our grand daughter before she goes for her afternoon nap

When I get home I will put a turkey in the oven and will probably make hot turkey sandwiches for dinner tonght

Last night son came over so we got Mall Chinese food - he misses it since it's too far out of his way to go now for him. It was so good, amazes me when people trash food court food - it all depends on the place and location.

Tonight's supper will be leftovers from yesterday, as well as leftover pieces of chicken from the other night for husband.

Homemade chicken soup tonight, yipeeeeee!!!

The family is coming tonight and we are making grilled pork chops, mushroom fried rice, broccoli salad, grilled acorn squash and a homemade chocolate cake for dessert. It’s been warm here and no snow yet so we are using the bbq as long as we can.

a silky smooth fennel/zucchini soup. Bits of diced up steak mixed in to the leftovers from a veggie stir fry.

I can’t believe how much we are missing our homemade Caesar salads. I’m making crispy garlic chicken wings for tonight and trying to think of something to go with besides my go to Caesar. It needs to be fresh and crunchy to balance the rich wings. Maybe a marinated veggie salad or a tossed green.

..I'm going through caesar salad withdrawals! made a pizza this evening, fresh dough, ham, pepperoni, salami, onion, mushroom, pineapple ..lots of mozzarella,,

Club sandwiches with some of the leftover turkey meat.

Leftover chicken soup.
Then I had a hot roast breast chicken sandwich and fries.
Husband had chicken and bread.

Hmm had better have some veg as a bedtime snack.
