giggles....
then cries......YES@GoJays been there done that! Thankfully there is a fix! All ya gots to do is never eat anything remotely tasty, delicious, satisfying, scrumptious or common ever again.....just stick to the food items that " resemble " food you used to like, but they are NOT that food.
Happy Friday everyone!!
Here ya go @cabmonk , flipped it for ya.
Just cooked up 2 plump skls/bnls chx breasts that DD thawed and intended to cook up. Work must have pooped her out. I get nervous if meats sit like that in the fridge....just hope she likes the jar of leftover Pesto I used to flavour them up a bit.

Morning gang.
Damn construction work and accidents in the same area making for one 'fun' commute into work this morning...
Have a wonderful weekend folks.
Try and stay indoors and cool with the hot and humid weather this weekend!

Heading to my neighbour’s for brunch and a chat. Great way to start the morning although it really started at 6 with birdbath refresh and watering all the veg. Sprinkler system handles the rest.

Argh! Had it all typed out, went to another tab, but when I came back here, pouf! It was gone. Odd that it doesn't always happen, though...
Good morning, TGIF!
@walkonby - maybe it's time for a knee replacement? My 68 year old sister had one done two months ago.
Same as you, I had my knee scoped 25 years ago, had a bucket handle meniscus tear.
Guess I didn't post here yesterday, not intentionally but my usual schedule was put off. Yesterday, our power was out from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Luckily I was still sleepy once I saw my husband off to work, and I was bored - we couldn't find the portable radio and there were only two games I could play on my tablet - so I went back to sleep. Woke up to fans blasting, smoke alarm beeping, tv on....
I should get Milan to download a few movies to my tablet in case this happens again. Plus we need to find the radio - I had had it in the hospital, but sent it home once I realized it was just easier to listen on the tablet, plus radio reception was awful on the sixth floor of the hospital.
So yesterday, got huge lower back/left hip pain... Geez it was - and still is - awful. Nerve pain is just the worst, and wasn't helped when I even took max painkillers. I woke my husband in the middle of the night so he could massage the area, and that relieved it enough so I could stop crying and get back to sleep. This morning he did it again.
I am teed off to get sciatica pain back - and need to get rid of it where it is now, before pain starts shooting down that leg.
I will just have to be very careful with my movements today, and think before I do!
Have a Fab Friday, everyone!

@cath007 - change your passwords immediately!
