I have a batch of Brownies in the oven right now which will topped with some Ice Cream for Dessert tonight.

An oblong freestanding hearth loaf with my go-to flour mix of 80/20 AP and WW, plus 5% golden flax seeds and 5% 12-grain mix, baked on a pizza stone, and covered with an overturned roaster for the first 2/3 of the baking time to produce a crust that's both crispy and thick enough to be chewy.

i was tired of eating special K cereal and i also have a mild lactose intolerance so i found a recipe for cookies made using cereals and dried fruits
they turned out great so i'll make more to use up my cereal

Another variation on my basic bread using 80/20 AP and WW, this time with 10% crushed oat breakfast cereal and 10% 12-grain mix as add-ins. As usual, oblong-shaped and baked on a pizza stone, using an upside-down roaster to capture some steam for the first 2/3 of the baking time. The result was crusty and tasty with a nice chew, good umami and a hint of sweetness.

homemade pizza last night. One single ball of Sobeys pre-made dough ( who ya callin lazy!? ) , made 8 individual pizzas.
Toppings were Mozz cheese, red pepper, green onion, pineapple and pepperoni.
