    I was craving Lasagna but seemed like a lot of work on a workday.

    So we decided on Homemade Pizza instead with Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushrooms, Onions, Cheddar & Parm. Will also make a Salad to go with it, thinking I will make a Bacon Ranch Salad with some Cucumbers, Cheddar & Tomatoes.

    Your homemade pizza and salad sound wonderful @SassyAshley . We're also making homemade pizza today as well (well using the other Pizzioli kit from the promotion a while back). You've inspired me to add more topping than just pepperoni and cheese.

    In my quick in and out trips this morning to FB and others, I grabbed 4 beautifully firm and large green peppers for $3.98.
    Turned 3 of them into stuffed green peppers for tonight. Was happy to use up the leftover cooked rice.
    This time I'm experimenting. Mixed 1/2 jar pasta sauce with 1/3 bottle of leftover white wine and used that to pour over and around the peppers in the pan. Also grated plenty of Parm, laying some in the bottom of the pepper before I covered with meat/rice and then added more on top.
    How can any of that be bad? ha ha

    Could not find inspiration today, nothing was jumping out so finally around 5 we just decided heat up leftover homemade pizza from yesterday. I will also make a salad to go with it

    Celebrating 2 b'days in our bubble of 3 very soon.
    A rather large Swiss Chalet P.U. order....saved $10.00 ( wys min. $40.00 ) and applied $75.00 in GC's to shave the cost down.
    OOP was a bit over $18.00 ...OMG! So much food and feels like we cheated....lol.
    TY to our eldest DS ( not in our bubble atm ) for those GC's he gave us at Christmas.

    sometimes i purposely leave some for "leftover"; they are good with rice, there are vids of people cooking rice in rice cooker with leftover kfc chicken
