This cracked me right up! Or maybe I just think it's really funny since I haven't slept and it's after six?

Will come back later when I am more levelheaded.

    Good sunny day!

@Natalka , that's the wee 'yiptik' voice that was used for one of Moonpie Starbox's performances...memes. I'll try to find it later. She's a cutie, alright!!

Nothing to do today, Hubby's doing yardwork, switching out the snow machine for his motorcycle in the closer shed, and most importantly, bringing up Jenny's and my swing cushions from the basement! We will be swingers outside on this gorgeous day! My tulips are peeking out by about 7".....its such an exciting time of year!!

    Take care, everyone, stay safe!

I am not sure who's stellar performance in deception I enjoyed more...the Doxie or the Toddler insisting the Liptick WAS theirs, and they both bought it from Home Depot!! My tummy is shaking from laughter and joy!

    Ty @Lynn49 and @Natalka
Good morning @flemeth have a ball making that condensed milk bread ( or buns ) . the flavour is quite yummy ( the subtle sweetness )

The weather couldn't be nicer today, I mean from inside here it is all sunshine! The air is still quite chilly, so no opening windows just yet. Our Leafs came roaring back last night in the 3rd with 2 goals giving them the 4-2 final they needed to win!
Hope they have the same energy tonight!
Poor Vancouver though....with this major covid outbreak they are experiencing, I just pray these athletes and their staff recover ASAP.

Well....we finally have our covid vaccine appts! ( gosh maybe I already posted this news? ) Sorry if I did. Tuesday April 13th. and Tues. Aug 3rd.
So weird that we just booked our cat Claudius for his FVRCP shot on Monday the 12th....well actually their are only 3 letters in the shot he's due for but I also don't recall which of those 3 it is....lol.
Since he's getting jabbed, only fair we do too!

The only outing I've had since last Thursday was to get fuel this morning. Sigh....no line ups, so back home in 6 minutes or so.
My feet carried me right into the kitchen once I got back and I wasn't even hungry!! Didn't stop me from digging into a slice of DH amazing seafood frittata he made last night.

Good day kind folk! This will be a quick one as in pain again but must at least pop in to check on life in SC land!
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend in whatever you were able to do.
DW and I spent quite a bit of time yesterday preparing socially distanced turkey and the works dinners to go then delivered them.
Feeling it today and still in the aftermath of cleaning up but well worth the effort.
Also have been on here for awhile now in other threads too and that right shoulder is starting to feel it too, so must be off.
Have a great evening and even better week!

Woke up this morning about 2AM with a raging headache. I dont normally get headaches and ive been off and spaced out all day long. Starting to feel a bit better now but im still off. So i dont know if its a belated reaction to the vaccine or what. Anyway.

It's likely not related...which vaccine did you receive? Hubby goes for his first tomorrow, I have my first on the 10th.
    Feel better soon!!

It's still Monday here, I have been decompressing watching some old Johnny Carson, as well as Sarah Millican.

Last night, had a lovely Easter dinner - everything turned out yummy, so that was good. Had all the traditional things, based on what's in the blessed food basket - which no thanks to clovid it was the first year we didn't have blessed.

Husband dad make cheese, I made holubtsi. The latter were my usual nummy - until husband told me today that the bottom layer was completely burnt and inedible. I had made a layer and 3/4 in a medium sized oval roaster.
He felt badly that he hadn't checked often enough to make sure there was enough liquid along the baking process - but I couldn't exactly get mad at him because, after all, it's me who can't walk to the da*"ed kitchen and cook myself!!!

Still and all, feels like such a loss because they take so long to make - I make little ones - plus we won't have leftovers, they are Milan's fave.

Today he came over again and we basically had a repeat of the meal.

Totally enjoyed all the visiting time I got in with Milan both evenings - he had to work Monday so couldn't stay late then either.

So, yup, there went two days...
I didn't exercise much. Our printer isn't working, but Milan printed out my last sets of exercises from PT at work, but he forgot them there. It's hard to follow them from email attachments; I always say that I will remember them, but there is often something which I forget.

Ok. Enough blather from me. Husband has been a snoring since Milan left, but unfortunately I will have to awaken him so he can put the tablet on the charger in the kitchen. Darned old houses which don't have enough 🔌 plug-ins!

Hope y'all have a Marvelous Monday!

Our nephew in California, doing an Easter service at a small mission church. Too bad you cannot see his face, he is one handsome dude. Their three daughters are on the left - they had sent along a video, they sing like angels.

Fr. Greg's civilian job is at the University of Fresno, a prof in international conflicts - he was a lawyer in a former life.
He grew up in Winnipeg and was later a priest there.

@Natalka sounds like you had a great Easter weekend even though there was some mishaps in the kitchen. I am sure Milan did not care there wasn’t enough for leftovers.

Glad you are doing better with your exercise and you are on the road getting back healthy.
