Well it sure did pay that i woke up at 5.30 a.m this morning .I went on the airmiles site an used up all my dream miles except 90 miles.
This is what i got one air fryer reg $120 around that price,Dr.ho,s circulation promotor for feet and pads for knees (i was thinking if it may help my arthritic knees)i know of 2 people who have had Dr.Ho,s stuff and they swear buy it .I figure this is around $120.00.

Then cineplex 4 adult tickets worth around $52.00 is it 13.00 for adults to get in to show now just curious?I have not been in a few years .This i will share one for daughter one for son and 2 for me.

Then i only had 1,000 some odd points left so it was either glass containers for the kitchen 800 pts or bath towel set 1,853 so i went with the bath set (canadian made) bath towel ,hand towel and face cloth.My towels are all getting pretty old .Worth maybe about $50-60.00 reg price .

So this made my day,as i never wanted to lose out i saved so many years in the dream made (I would have loved to have had the cash mode)but was stuck in dream mode.I think this feature was a major downfall,plus sobeys getting out .

Oh last night i saw a lovely black leather purse just as the site was down ,but today it was not there ,must have sold out .For sure i would have gotten that for me.

I am such a practical person i thought of a swaroski bracelet but changed my mind .I dont go out to many weddings ,funerals ,functions etc to wear it .Plus too many points ,so Dr.Ho,s is it for me .lol

i just read your post about redeeming your Air Miles and I feel out of the loop. I’ve been working so much that I have only been reading the occasional posts on here. What prompted you to spend your Air Miles? Is the Air Miles rewards program ending? Or is it only the Air Miles dream miles that’s ending?

Good Morning and Happy Friday!!!

I have a had a great work week (which is something considering I was so ready to quit a few weeks ago!!)
Have a few things I want to get done today and be ready for a project on Monday so it feels like it will be a great day.

Did not clean the kitchen after dinner last night...my reasoning was since I was working from home today I could wash up the dishes this morning. So once that is done I will put my note on the sink with a reminder to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher This will keep the kitchen clean this weekend. I will run it Sunday night when return from night away.

There is a bonus day at CT today. I really want a bike and have been watching for a deal since there are a few clearance bikes I am interested in. (I had a nice one years ago but oldest DS took it on a hill jump at the park and it has never been the same since (a little wonky).
I am all for enjoying the fresh air/getting exercise so pretty sure I am going to buy it today.

I gave the fridge a good clean out this week and wasted yogurt and sour cream (over bought) Will try and keep on top of that going forward.

Dealt with the pineapple that was going to rot on the counter. just cut it up and it is perfectly ripe! The dog loved it (she eats EVERYTHING!)

Kitchen is clean. Garbage and recycling out.

Now to clean up my dining room table. Had my work stuff spread out for the project I was working on yesterday. So nice to be able to put all that away now.

Think I will put a load of laundry on and hang it to dry after I drop DS off at school. (I will strip down and have a shower!) then everything is clean

Oh my gosh, how is it afternoon already? This day is getting away from me and I am not getting any of my own work done because we have let half our staff log into the new system and start testing.

So happy I ran out yesterday and grabbed groceries, between how insane today is work-wise and that they are calling for snow which has already started. I probably would not make it out today.

I got:

Then I ran into Sobeys and grabbed one of the Rinse & Refresh for $2.99, normally I would not go to Sobeys for one thing but I had to drive right by to get gas. I had to laugh as I was standing there to check out the Cashier is like oh this is the stuff and started reading the looking at the bottle as the person before me was paying. I also grabbed 4 x Hand Sanitizer 236 ml, they were clearing them out for $0.90.

Tried to check Mom's Air Miles (we shared a card) I am pretty sure she does not have any, I think I cashed out her cash miles before Sobeys switched to Scene+ and I am pretty sure I converted her dream miles to cash miles but I cannot get in to check. It says her account is locked. I tried to chat with them to fix it and after it an hour it disconnected because no agent joined the chat.

Thinking tonight will be Homemade Pizza and a movie night. I have worked 12 to 13 hours all week working on the upgrade and although I will probably end up working on the weekend, I think tonight will be a night off.

I finally submitted my receipt for the free cereal. Its been on my to do list but I always seem to have issues with the Kellogg's submission process, this time it was one hiccup so hopefully two FPCs are on their way to me.
I think if we can still redeem AM I may just use my 30.00 on gas and if BMO does buy them great and if not I wont feel so bad.
We are getting walloped again with snow, it started at 8 and has not let up. DH has already cleared the drive twice. This is very unusual for us as we live 5 kms north of Lake Ontario so we rarely get more snow than Hamilton. I have a day out planned on Saturday and it looks like this will be over, Spring can not come soon enough

Hey, no one has a love/hate relationship with AM more than me, and I've been waiting for a reason to kick them to the curb,
so this initial report seemed valid....kind of like Chicken Little.



But then seems BMO was there all along...so never mind.....ha ha ha

I cashed in almost all my points and have Metro GC's ( normally ya cannot buy them with points BUT somehow I did....tee, hee )

@lilo0003 you and I both! The Shell promos I get all the time earn me 150 AM after 6 x 30L fill ups. Those are extra bonus AM, the regular earn still gets put on. Yeah, I still earn a few through airmilesshops.ca too, so maybe I am fooling myself about the divorce. ha ha

I rarely get any air miles but I feel badly for those who earned points.

Tried to load No Frills offers, but it keeps kicking me back to Fortinos? Weird indeed.

Looks like the snow has stopped. I sprained my ankle and all of this snow is making it harder for it to heal. Thankfully the x-rays came back ok but hope spring arrives sooner than later.

Time to check smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Saw on the CHCH news that they estimate 50% of Hamilton residents don't have working smoke alarms.....kinda scary!

I printed my Oasis Smootie 0,50$ coupons ...better than nothing I guess
I went on flashfood for fun and noticed the fruits and veggies boxes increased by 1,00$ now 6,00$
If I dont save my 4 pc offers I have no good offers..that suck...dont count on the points anymore too much...
Did 2 loads of laundry,so thats done at least...
Dad had a great time at restaurant with his familly for his birthday,they went to a restaurant that serve good seafoods...a little envious haha
He got gifts too, a beauty packages with bodywash and perfume,books and a coat

EDIT: I just checked,2,88$ @metro ...seems the best price in QC for those..still expensive to me...
I will pm maybe 1 pack,I noticed I dont go at metro anymore...too expensive.....you want 4-5 things and woopsie you spend 50$ ...noticed the free friday product tough
