Look at that! Afternoon already! When you head out the door before 8 a.m. for chiro, then shop, get gas and a car wash, the day sort of slips away. By the time I got all the stuff into the fridge, freezer and cupboards it was time to fee Frankie again. ( he was served lunch before I made myself any breakfast ). Now of course I feel quite prone to napping.
Could have cursed DH for making his delicious pineapple Basmati rice and pork kebabs last night.
I resisted eating any then but THAT was my breakfast today...lol.

wow....Costco seriously?? ^^^ Tuesday but it feels like Wednesday afternoon to me. Been up since 2 a.m.
Furnace guy came early, lucky me I was the first one in the 8 a.m. - 12 noon time slot.
Cleaned and checked out to be considered workable for another year! ( the furnace! not me!! bwahaha )

The corned beef brisket is now filling the kitchen with it's aroma. Lord help me. The cabbage has been cut up to set into the pressure cooker after I remove the 2 roasts.
Takes mere minutes to do the cabbage that way. Blue Jays face the Phillies for 2 games starting soon so of course the rain is affecting my tv reception.
I can never get the HD channels to come in when it rains.
Who wants to watch the game in inferior Slow blurry definition? I'm so spoiled.

hippity hoppity! Wishing that's how I could walk right now, my mind and spirit are there, I felt great today.....except for a minor setback with my back.
No real biggie, I mean I've improved plenty through my regular stretches and workouts the chiropractor gave me, so this is a blip on the radar probably.
Yeah, probably. I wonder if eating a cupcake would cure it instantly? Maybe I'll Google that.

@walkonby, I can assure you that a cupcake is the cure for anything, backaches in particular.

DH has been injecting himself with lovenox prior to his angiogram on Friday, but yesterday’s resulted in a painful bruise about 8x5inches, so he’s at our dr’s clinic now. He’s concerned about internal bleeding, so just in case, at least it’ll take our concern away. He should be out the same day on Friday, but if the dr has to put stents in his artery (again), he’ll be in overnight. So no camping either way this weekend.

Hope everyone’s faring well in these last two weeks of August…where on earth did the summer go?!
