Yesterday I made fresh burgers in the big boss fryer. Today I'll take the leftover meat to make spaghetti and meat sauce.

We had a coupon for a free 7-Eleven pizza, so gave that a go last night. Got one meat, paid for another pepperoni - the meat one was really very good (or was I just very hungry?).
Husband had gone to pick it up, and came home also with potato wedges, s+p chicken wings (too spicy for me), chicken fingers, and chicken kebabs.
So there's lots of food left, so that's supper tonight - unless our son comes over, then I'll cook something else.

Last night was pasta using some left over Classico Roasted Portabello Sauce and some extra ground beef we had in the fridge after packaging the last of the family packs we bought. Nothing fancy which was good cause I didn't even start cooking till almost 7, it was good.
Also had some corn bread muffins Mom made to go with her Chili she made for her dinner.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

^ that looks yummers!
Son is too sick to come for supper (bad cold), so we'll have the leftover takeout and I'll make some soup.

Ordered Pizza all dressed because of the Grey Cup. Hubby is disgusted because the game is so one-sided. Great for RoughRiders fans though.

Last night was chicken fingers and poutine, not the best meal and not a Sunday Dinner but it was not take out so I will take it.
Since we will be gone for a week in December on Vacation and eating out all meals I would like to try to have as little take out and eating out until we go, as it is I do not know how well I will all this eating out will go. Oh to be like everyone else in my family who can eat anything and not worry.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Last night was a pork roast with mashed potatoes and gravy, salad as well.
Tonight will be a homemade gluten free crust quiche, onions, ham, feta cheese and mushrooms for the filling. We will also have a kale, brussell sprout and red cabbage salad with poppy seed dressing.

Husband is working at our church after his regular work, so I had to make something that would keep til he gets here - pork/beef sausages, potatoes, and a giant salad with every vegetable known to mankind (naw, but it seems like it!).
BTW, bought the sausages at Safeway on sale last week - they are okay, but not wonderful. Will go back to only buying Co-op ones, which are most awesome.
