nanoush, I've only made chicken enchiladas twice, and my son keeps bugging me to make them again! I should, soon.
Last night was homemade chicken noodle soup, and sammies for those who weren't filled up by the soup. No one made sammies, lol. The soup had tons of chunks of chicken in it!

Tonight it's going to be 'Chili Soup'.
My own creation.. lol.. I just throw things together.. I'll glance at a recipe to get an idea than make my own portions etc etc.. lol
Anywho.. 'Chili soup' is just a chili with about 4 cups of beef brooth and 4 cups of water.. muhaha...
I just finished frying the ground beef and onions until it was almost done.. threw it into the slow cooker on high.. dumped in 4 cups of diced celery, 3 cups of yellow and red peppers.. 7 tbsp of chili powder.. and I add 2 cups of frozen peas and a cup of frozen corn kernals in about 2 hours..
mmmm.. gonna be yummy.. hopefully this cold won't take away my sense of taste and smell before I can eat it!
