Last night we picked up pizza on the way home. when I am sick I cave to eating out because it is easy. By picking it up and ordering a different special it cuts our cost in half so for under $20 we had dinner and no work on my part yippee.
Tonight is a mystery I am on my own for dinner but am working today so we will have to see how my ambition level is when I get home and go from there.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

BBQ hotdogs and hamburgers, broccoli salad, leftover potato salad and coleslaw. Bought some new potatoes and will likely do some in foil packets.
It's mom's birthday, so cake for desert.

A roasted Grill'em Sausage, chopped up to get extra crispy bits, with roasted potatoes, asparagus and corn. Not bad for dinner alone.

Going out for Chinese tonight. I'm having Cantonese chow Mien for sure, it's a little a little bit pricey but they put a lot of shrimp in it, and probably the usual sides beef fried rice, chicken balls and pork with veggies.

I wasn't sure what we were having. I had a chicken to cook in the countertop convection cooker and wanted to use up the sour cream and the bowtie pasta. I like to use allrecipes ingredient search to get ideas when I'm not sure what to make. I landed up making a sauce of bacon pieces, sauteed onions, chicken drippings, a bit of flour and some Knorr dry cream of mushroom soup mix, sour cream, and milk, and bowtie pasta. It turned out very very delicious. And convection cooked chicken is always the best, so juicy and good
