Oh, KelJo, that's awful. Prayers for her - and you!
I ended up sleeping mid-afternoon, and woke up just at 6, so husband got KFC for us.

Homemade potato salad, Caesar salad, grilled corn on the cob and grilled chicken boobs with an apricot glaze I made using my homemade apricot jam/Rosemary/fresh jalapeños. It was so yummy
Tomorrow will be leftovers and zucchini cakes and fresh watermelon for dessert.

Last night we had BBQ Burgers with BBQ roasted poatoes, cauliflower, grilled portabellos and mixed peppers. I love BBQ Season
Tonight we have a ton of running around to do so we will have to grab something on the run as there will be no time to eat at home.

I'm currently roasting an entire turkey. We'll have it with potatoes, maybe salad or boiled veggies. I will strip and freeze the turkey tomorrow for future meals. LO and I are temporarily moving up to Sasaktoon on Thursday to wait for the arrival of the twins. I'll be 36wks pregnant tomorrow.
edit: tonight's supper is roast turkey, boiled perogies, cauliflower with a cheese sauce, cucumber salad, sour cream, cranberry sauce, and a glass of milk.Last edited by Angela273; Tue, Jul 21st, 2015 at 08:00 PM.

Last night I picked a zucchini - sliced it, breaded it (flour, egg, panko), then fried in a bit of olive oil. Wow was that delicious. After years of hating zucchini, by preparing it this way, now it is one of my favourite things to eat. I served it with pasta and sauce, but could have just eaten zucchini!

..had an odd supper..I had ground beef in the fridge since Saturday, so I fried that, added spices, chopped onions, mushrooms, frozen spinach, then added a bottle of pasta sauce and then a little rice & parm. cheese..lol..it was good..I had a lot left over so froze in containers to have over pasta later or even nachos, etc...I daresay I'll be eating a lot of take-out over the next few days..
