Tonight is Ukrainian Christmas eve according to the Julian calendar, so we will have a meal of baked fish, pyrohy (perogies), and holubtsi (cabbage rolls), with a few simple sides and sauces.

Just gained a pound reading your post.

Tonight chili, maybe, it needs another 45 minutes and maybe noone will want to wait. Otherwise there's leftover spaghetti or chicken fried rice. We won't starve!

    Home made chef's salad.
I went shopping yesterday and picked cucumbers in the horticulture greenhouse (I'm a member). I know it'll be pretty fresh!
