...lucky enough to have Mary Brown's for dinner yesterday....yummmo...there's leftover stew in the fridge but I'm not feeling that---I have a french loaf so will probably make something from that, and lots of tomatoes to use...maybe avocado & tomato with lots of garlic & basil on toasted baguette!

Thinking some sort of Stir Fry, think I might go Beef as we have had Chicken almost every night this week so beef might be a nice change. Now to decide Noodles or Rice?

We had a lot of leftover pork from the other day, so I made pork stroganoff. Pretty tasty.
I also made pork barley soup, but I'll have that tomorrow.

The family enjoyed servings of DS lasagna ( he made from scratch all alone! ) ....I heated up one of my cauliflower pizzas to have.
DD and DH complimented DS on his lasagna.......oh and despite using my recipe and following a few instructions I left him....his looked so much prettier than when I make it, he said it took him a while to construct it because he wanted it to be perfect.....lol.
