Roasted chicken thighs and drumsticks with Italian seasoning and garlic, roasted new baby potatoes and carrots, with lots of garden onion from the farmers market.

I wasn't feeling like eating these past several days either, but something kicked in at supper tonight. Our son was over and helped out too.
Bbq rib pork chops, had been marinating in a Greek mixture all aft, that's what made the difference in having them still be moist, plus the warning to husband to cook them slowly.
New baby potatoes from the farmers market, with real butter and lots of fresh dill; corn off the cob; cut up tomato for me, I made the men a salad of green onion and cucumber in sour cream.

I ate a whole small pork chop! Mind you, the star was the potatoes, such a treat!

Last night my appetite was better. I went out for Thai food with 2 girlfriends today so I’m not going to pressure myself to eat a big dinner. I just finished making a Greek salad and fresh Caesar dressing for a Caesar salad. Grilling wild prawns to go with the salads and there is leftover raspberry parfaits if we want. There is another concert in the park and since it doesn’t start until 7:00, the plan is to have dinner first and then walk down, maybe we will want dessert afterwards.

Last night a co worker called me asked what I was having dinner and then asked if I wanted to go out to eat so off to Swiss Chalet we went, tried there Teriyaki Stir Fry (I know it isn't new, but I had never had it and have been craving stir fry) and I was impressed.

Last night, I had a garden salad with creamy poppyseed dressing and Pepsi with blue tortilla chips. Am noticing I don't like creamy dressing with dairy ingredients in the summertime.

I made a big lasagne this morning before tennis. I took it out of the fridge and will start baking it soon. We’ve got leftover Greek salad from last night and I bought double chocolate gelato from a local dairy. It’s a cooler day here, and I hear the heat is coming back tomorrow, so it’s now or not for a while to make an oven meal.

Googled it, looks yummy! We make schnitzel, but that's panfried not deep-fried.

Husband will have leftovers from yesterday's chicken dinner (I may steal a baby potato). I'm having kasha with bacon and garlic dill pickles.

I am going for the trifecta of supper appetite!

..bqqing steak, its so hot will probably just nuke potato again & sauteed spinach & mushrooms...
