Another gorgeous day so we walked in kalamalka park...then treated ourselves to pub nachos and wings.

Chili here, too - nice that I had a batch in the freezer. Will make pasta to go with.

BBQ pork side ribs, baked potatoes and grilled broccoli and cauliflower.

I’ve put on the slow cooker with a meaty pasta sauce. I’m serving drinks at a volunteer gig this afternoon, and by the time I get home it should be ready. I’m making quinoa pasta to go with.

The stars have aligned-the sun finally came out and we filled the propane tank this a.m. so DH will grill some chicken-I will make some mashed taties and steamed veggies to go with it.

We do fend for yourself here when life gets too crazy for me to plan and prep meals. I did a big shop for my neighbours yesterday and Im Just going to run over to Safeway this morning for a few things. We are having a dinner party tonight with some family visiting from the island, I think there will be 7 of us. I have tennis this morning and bridge this afternoon, too busy to fuss much. Dh will grill chicken, I’ll make a fried rice and a Caesar salad...I’m going to buy dessert to make life easy😎

...going to make creamy, cheesy scalloped potatoes but haven't decided on a protein ...I have a ham in the freezer wish I had taken it out last night but too late to thaw now...

Last night it was just me for dinner so I just made a Cesar Salad with Garlic Naan

Tonight we are on the go, we have a million things to do after work and it is out of town running around. Works out as I have a meeting there this afternoon for work so made the most sense to go tonight. But this means dinner will be out tonight but I knew this would happen so we planned ahead.

That is probably the only fast food place I have never tried, I did not even know they had hash browns. I think I might give them a try one time
