No Salad tonight, I am out of dressing and feeling lazy and don't feel like making any right now. That is a task for tomorrow when I haven't been staring at training plans for hours.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

I felt the same way about dinner @Frugalbigmama , simple. I had eaten a massive meal around 1 p.m. which was both breakfast and lunch so this was
all I could imagine getting down. Snack stuff. Two Poppadoms, salsa, couple of wafer thin crisps , PB on one, Greek yogurt on the other, decorated with berries.
Tonight is going JUST the way I want.....7-1 for the Blue Jays vs Detroit in the top of the 5th!!

for the guys I made a favourite of theirs with a twist! Swapped in thick basa steaks for the chicken thighs. It became fish adobo!
Probably won't bother making any rice up to go with it as they often choose steamed veg as their side. I have lots of broccoli, zucchini and green beans in case that happens.

I caved and bought a taco kit from NF. We haven’t had hard shell tacos since we were first married. Now I remember why. Man the shells are so tiny. Such a pain. Oh well.

DS BBQ-d the Marc Angelo pork Souvlaki up while I made the tzatziki sauce and fresh Turkish flatbread. What was DH's contribution? He opened the wine and picked a bowl of green beans from the back....lol.

Macaroni salad with fresh peas from the garden. That’s all we felt like before our ride. After we’re done it’ll be black bean and quinoa crispy burritos.

DH never uses the rice cooker while I only use that for making rice, however the rice he made last night was TOO damn good to resist eating.
He said he boiled the rice in pineapple juice? Then he picked fresh mint leaves and diced them up into it. I am NOT supposed to eat WHITE stuff,
but had a full 1 cup serving with my salmon fillet. So delish!
