Last night I baked the boneless porkchops in a mushroom and onion sauce. Then made a side from what I found in the fridge - first I fried sliced mushrooms with garlic, added leftover perogies which I chopped in bite-sized pieces, and cut-up leftover linguine, and some onions and butter. Oh, my gosh, it was SO yummy, with the porkchops and a bit of the gravy over all of it. My son said, "Mom you cook weird, but it works!"
Tonight is Delissio pizzas with a big salad.

DH will most likely be having leftovers or else he can fend for himself. I will be having a sliced tomato sammy on rye with a dash of mayo and TONS of raw garlic!. I thought my sore throat was cause of all the drywall dust when I sanding. Nope. I'm sick
so it's time to eat raw garlic yum.
