Last night we had sushi, shrimp, crab salad, spinach salad, carrot salad, smoked salmon, fresh veggies, roast beef, mashed potatoes, and asparagus for dinner. For dessert we had tea, fruit, and a really nice raspberry mascarpone cake. What a feast.
Tonight I am making a chicken creation in the slow cooker.

meatkatie, what a feast, indeed - sounds amazing!
Last night, scrambled eggs with onion and ham, with leftover cabbage rolls. Odd combo, but good!
Tonight, pork chops, potatoes and veggies - details to be worked out yet!

ok....i have just discovered this thread and i'm sure glad i did because i totally love food, cooking, eating, looking at food , recipes, and everything else related to food!!
tonight for dinner we had DH's favorite, a chicken and rice casserole. it's pretty yummy, it's a 70s ish recipe with crushed chips on top but he absolutely dies for it. he actually told his mom a few weeks ago that i've replaced her as the pro at making his favorite dish
