I have an amazing roast in the slow cooker now with potatoes, carrots,onions and garlic and some other spice stuff

Pork loin chops and noodle casserole dish;

cook pork loin chops until almost cooked (a little pink but not too much)
1/2 jar of Paul Newman's Tomato sauce (basil)
choice of noodles (2 1/2 cups pre-cooked pasta al-dante)
1 c. mozarella cheese or whatever you prefer
1 can of Aylmer Accents
salt & pepper

On stovetop put some olive oil in frying pan, add garlic, add can of Aylmer Accents, simmer for 5 minutes then add noodles, toss and then add 1/2 jar of tomato sauce, transfer 3/4 of this into (non-buttered) casserole dish then put a layer of your pork chops, then add the remaining noodles on top and salt & pepper and add cheese, cook in oven for 1/2 hour at 350.

I made dry garlic ribs, rice, garlic toast and carrots from the garden. The grilled zucchini was left over from yesterday's supper, when we had steak and oven wedges.

i was supposed to have it out end of august but i didnt have anyone to watch my kids for the 2 weeks that was recommended (no lifting and stuff) not to mention all the pre-op appointments that are required down here.

tonight i'm trying 1 of these new club house seasoning things - lemon tyme.. going on a pork loin and roasting it in the oven, mashed potatoes and maybe some carrots.

Yeah I was pretty much right back to work because I couldn't afford not to be there. But they made sure I didn't have to lift anything heavy and everything was already up from the storage rooms that I needed for work. Previously they had given me a month off with pay to rest so I couldn't complain really.
