    Spagetthi but instead of ground beef it is made with ground chicken, Toasted Garlic Bread and for dessert some macademiam (it is a nut) and white chocolate cookies...they are good but so expensive
    Hope to find a recepie for those soon lol!!!

    I made Peking duck for the first time!! (And it was honestly, reeeeeaaally good!)
    Never thought I'd be able to make it, but it was easier than I thought, since I didn't do it the traditional way..
    The meat was juicy and the skin was caramelized and crisp.
    I made steamed buns to eat with it, served along side hoisin sauce, green onions and cucumbers.
    The fam was happy. lol

    Last night I made salisbury steak with a fresh mushroom gravy, paprika and parsely potatoes, fiesta corn and cheese biscuits. I wasn't that hungry so I have more than half of my dinner leftover (lunch is ready!)

    Tonight I'm thinking of making cabbage rolls. If it's cooler today I will do that, if it's warm out, it will be off to the pool and dinner will be something quicker.
