Last night, husband had leftover porkchops; son and me had roasted chicken breast, rice with gravy, cauliflower and carrots.
Making tacos tonight, along with some sort of soup.

Last night I made baked curry glazed chicken breast, asparagus drizzled with a butter lemon sauce, and a salad. I'm not too sure what I'm going to make for dinner tonight. We haven't had a stir fry in a long time, so maybe I'll do that.

YAY for you! Smachnoho! (Good eating!)
It is a HUGE difference to have homemade, isn't it? And they aren't really high calorie, it's what one puts on them (butter and onions, sour cream, fried bacon, mushroom sauce, lol!).
-------
My dough recipe: Makes five dozen pyrohy
3/4 cup warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 beaten egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Knead until dough is smooth. Cover, let stand for one hour.
I must confess I don't make these as often as I did in the past - my hands give me some trouble. My husband eats literally dozens of these, so I have to make lots when I do make them.
Just so you know, they are easily frozen. Place the finished uncooked ones on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and dusted with a bit of flour, freeze, then remove from sheet and put into freezer bags.

Natalka, do you by any chance make pirozhki? They are more like bread and have cabbage and egg inside. I am looking for a good recipe!

I had brussel sprouts, corn, and pork chops with apple sauce. I was incredibly disappointed with the pork chops, about 3/4 of it was just pure fat!

Ha, ended up hurting my back badly, so we had takeout hamburgers from a local restaurant - best handcut fries ever!
