What's For Dinner?

food thats about all i can say is for supper tonight, i dont really feel like cooking anything

well guess i am cooking, having chicken thighs witha white wine mushroom sauce, rice and brocolli and cauliflower with cheese sauce, and a can of corn

Well, we're into the dregs of what's left in the freezer - not much variety.

So it's pork again tonight - I'm going to do thin strips of pork loin in some sort of sauce with veggies - there are leftover smashed potatoes, so maybe if I make it gravy-ish, I can put the potatoes on top with buttered crumbs? I dunno, I'm willing to try it! Small salad of romaine, cukes, and carrots, because that's all the fresh veg we have left.

Natalka, I love doing the "clean the fridge/freezer dinner". Some of the best soups I have ever made are from doing that. The only thing is I can never make the same soup twice

Right now I am making chicken soup using the chicken carcass from the bbq chicken I got the other day at PS. I also got to use up the last of the carrots, onions and garlic........ time to restock those staples

Tomorrow is fried ham with mashed patatoes and gravy with a soup for starters.

Wednesday is Halloween so quickie leftovers or hotdogs (lol).

i made a stir fry with whatever veggies were in the fridge - broccoli, mushrooms, onions, zuchinni, asparagus, peppers with some chicken breasts i dethawed. mixed in a club house seasoning mix and served over rice. wonton soup and egg rolls on the side. my daycare kids and my girls made 48 halloween cupcakes today so we had those for dessert

Since I found a wack load of frozen shrimp and I have lots of the el passo kits I am thinking tonight will be shrimp tacos (the soft kind) and I'll save the spices from the kits for next time

We'll see if I change my mind later....... it's only 8:30 am.......

Taco night with an amazing guac on the side. Leftover birthday cake for dessert...will be sad when it's all done.
