finally getting a chance to cook today, seasoned pork chops with s & p, paprika and browned in a fry pan, then put in a roaster and topped with onions and orange pepper, added a can of stewed tomatoes (no salt added) browned about a 1/2 cup of raw rice in the frying pan that I used for the pork chops, added that to the roaster and then about 2 cups of water. Bake at 350 for 2 hours, smells heavenly!!

We're having ribs with a side of I-don't-know-and-I-don't-care...lol...because DH is cooking tonight so what we are eating isn't my problem. I get to just show up!

I'm doing indian cutlets with rice tonight. Dh gets a slice of Costco pumpkin pie because it's his fave. I'm not having any but am tempted to make one from scratch instead.

For us, Domino's! I have chicken breasts to cook but they're still a bit frozen, will cook them later tonight for tomorrow.

I also have to prep other stuff tomorrow. DH's birthday is on Halloween, he wants to have friends over to play boardgames and feed them the night before. Easiest thing is chili put in the crockpot in the morning, ready when we get home! Will buy some nacho chips and shredded cheese to serve with it.

Last night was schnitzel, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and stirfried veggies - just had mushrooms, celery, carrots. Birthday cake for dessert later in evening.

Tonight will be homemade soup of some kind, with sandwiches. Time for something easy and simple!
