What's For Dinner?

Choices for dinner tonight are:
Sheppard Pie - Using a Previously cooked Beef Roast from the Freezer in a Mushroom Gravy with Leftover Mashed Potatoes

Or

Chicken Pasta Bake using some of the leftover Pasta from the Fridge

The kids are out today doing a gun/hunting license course so will do a glazed peameal bacon roast with fried smashed potatoes and some honey glazed carrots

Homemade Mac and Cheese, glazed ham and Brussell sprouts. Pound cake for dessert.

Cream of mushrooms soup,chicken stuffed rolls ,macaroni salad and some swiss cheese.

Tonight for supper cooked pot home made chicken noodle soup ,noodles, chicken ,broccoli,green beans , carrots, turnip ,few potatoes..plus few cracker with soup and Diet Pepsi

A bit early in the day for me to post about dinner but I got up to make sure my son remembered to put his clock ahead last night. They have part two of their gun/hunting license today and have to be there by 8:00.

We are going to give a box of those Janes Beaded Fish and a box of the Cavendish Over Fries a try tonight. We have a lot of lettuce so will probably make a side salad as well

Tonight will be Sheppard Pie as I already have the base (Meat, Carrots, Celery & Mushroom Gravy) in the fridge just need to put some leftover mashed potatoes on top and bake. Still have a couple Homemade Potato Buns in the freezer will serve the last of those tonight.

We are making Korean short ribs,fried rice and steamed broccoli. Not sure what dessert will be, guests are providing that.

Using the leftovers from lunch, I put together a turkey shepherd's pie. And more apple crisp.

Thanks for the good wishes! You know, a cold used to just be a cold, no big deal, but now with me having heart and lungs problems, it's a whole different thing.
