What's For Dinner?

Roast beef , mashed potatoes, mashed turnip, peas and carrots and gravy and Diet Pepsi

tonight's dinner was a bagged salad I snagged at FB for 2 bucks. ( Mmmm, baby kale, cabbage, other greens, carrots, pomegranate infused cranberries, almonds and a tasty raspberry dressing )
A smaller salad I did up with just 2 diced baby cucumbers and PC Green Goddess dressing.
1 Blue menu burger and 1 Blue menu sausage ( both gluten free) no bun, but with gluten free mustard.
1 mug cold brewed decaf coffee with Coconut creamer ( non dairy )
1 1/2 cups mixed fresh fruit ( strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, honeydew and mango )

Last night I made up the spinach stuffed pasta in the fridge. Melted a bit of shredded mozz cheese on top.

We are going for happy hour to a pub patio Okanagan Lake. Busy volunteering day for both of us and then I want to shop for some gifts for events happening in the next couple of weeks. No time for this gal to cook!

Last night I made corn chips with melted marble cheese on top, served with a meat/veggie/bean sauce, sour cream, and salsa. Everyone loved it, as usual.

On my way up north and my wife is already up there so i think she will probably make totilla chips with fried ground hambuger, cheese etc etc etc on them. Really like a munchy but she always makes alot so it comes out more like a meal.

We are having a clean out the fridge night because wasting good food is a Nono for us. I’m making a fresh green salad to go with leftover burgers, bbq ribs,potato salad. We also have a half bottle of some kinda red wine left from the other night

Leftovers from last night's takeout, I had chicken fingers, fries, and zucchini sticks, tons left. Husband had boneless ribs.

Hoping/planning to cook this weekend, I can't wait!!!

....woke up at 5:00 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzz....after a nap bbqiing beef short ribs and have chicken marinading (chicken pieces, with skin removed, scored and mixed with spices i.e salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup & green onion; its surprisingly the best marinade using ketchup! but only works good bbq'd) baked potato and the veggie will either be grilled asparagus or beet greens cooked with bacon, onion, garlic etc. Its really windy here right now which wasn't in the forecast so hopefully the wind drops out a little later...and probably a Michelob Ultra or 2

Going to a dinner party tonight in Kelowna and looking forward to it. Our friend are gourmet cooks!

Tonight’s supper was steak, mushrooms, fresh radishes from the garden, sliced cucumber, and KD. We all ate well and there are leftovers.
