I went through many tears, anger phases, OMG I was a mess for quite some time. Women get a bad rap as the hen peck, the nag etc. Well if we did not run the household who would? I do understand you 100%. For almost 10 yrs we had no kids, and DH was the eldest of 8 siblings ( 4 were girls after him ) so he did not have to lift a finger EVER at home.
Then with having no kids I became his new " maid" , well I just had to change that once the kids came, I just put my freaking foot down. Now that DS#1 is on his own, things have calmed down, the other 2 I figure if they want to have a room that disgusting, sleep in it, does not effect me.
