you could get a kiddie pool or one of those pool/hot tub combos that would fit on your deck. the water temps have finally gotten warmer. friday was 70 degrees, by sunday it was up 78 degrees. didn't get a chance to look last night. the water was refreshing tho. your trade off, is you have A/C, i don't. stay cool & drink lots of water. have a great tuesday.

friday i spent at wasaga beach, on saturday and sunday i stayed home and was super bored lol

All is well with us. I'm not sure where the time goes - we wake up, then the next thing you know, we're getting ready for bed. Must be all the fresh air (flavoured with smog and construction dust ).

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I had something for just a day or two over a couple of weeks ago and I still have a lingering cough.

I don't think you owe me a thank you, but I don't worry about those things in any case.

I try to keep up with the thread a bit, but mostly in and out so I am not up to speed on what everybody is up to. Busy again today with a guy off sick and we have just booked an Alaska cruise that goes in 3 1/2 weeks (I know you feel really sorry for me). Our best friends have never been on a cruise and when I casually mentioned my wife was looking at it, they said "let's go". We had already decided to pass on the trip and look at other options including just staying home, but we couldn't pass up the chance to get them on a cruise, so we are going!

I think I have to give up my freedom 55 dream as there is no way my wife will let me retire before the end of today. The new dream is freedom 56!

Well thank you, I just got one from future shop, nothing fancy, it's a casio something or other haha.
I did get scared sometimes at the casino, but at the same time they have so many cameras and security guards that I don't think anything too bad could happen. You never know though!
That would have been kind of cool being a host, but if the conditions aren't safe then it's a good thing you made the decision you did

I used to work at the player's advantage booth at the casino. Pretty much just swiping peoples id to make them a player's advantage card. When I started there I had to work 11pm-7am, and boy were there some interesting people there between those times.

I went to South Beach for a trade show about 3 weeks ago. No time off though. 3 days in a convention centre followed by dining with customers, followed by a flight home immediately after the show was over.

No, wifey doesn't camp. So me and my 3 sons will be heading to Long Point (or maybe Port Burwell) for about 3 days. Long Point if it's just me as the beach is very easy access, Maybe Port Burwell if I can convince one of my son's friends and Dad to come along as the beach is a bit of a drive from the campground. Wifey actually leaves for BC for 5 days as soon as I get back too so I won't see her for over a week.

sorry for the late respond, I went to bed right after I messaged you ... I drove 13 hours until Washington dc and stopped at a hotel, so I was super de-duper tired ... came on sc cuz I missed the internet

I put of job searching for the last 9 days, I drove to Orlando, Fl to visit my cousins and aunt there ... spent 2 days driving there, 5 days in florida and 2 days driving back and came home about 4 hours ago had a nap and now i am here
