You're lucky; I've had to watch my weight since I had kids. Was almost @ goal weight a week ago. I figure, by the time this is all over, I'll have about 30 lbs. to loose. Oh well, ur right, it is a substitute & for 40 a day. that's quite a few substitutions. lol The pants I was going to wear tomorrow won't do up ! shi..t

soooo much better than yesterday; thanks 4 asking - yesterday was HELL !!!!!!!! I didn't think I'd make it through the night; couldn't sleep, was ready to scream; if today had been as bad, I would have given up the attempt; but don't misunderstand, every single minute is a fight not to have "JUST ONE" - so far, I'm resisting.

My hat's off to u 4 succeeding. Boy, the will power it takes was unimaginable. I hope ur very proud of yourself - u should be. Keep strong; never give up. Believe me, you don't EVER want 2 go through this again.
