francine, you must have quoted something from that show in my rep ( Adventureland ) but I laughed because I have never even watched 1 episode of it so I remain clueless. My DD is bonkers over it, but my DS said btw Mom it is NOT a kids cartoon show..... oh well I watch crazy things on tv too.
I wonder what the details behind that are? I do agree a kid should not be blamed but I am wondering if there has been horrible behaviour ( sassing back to her perhaps repeatedly?? or damaging her belongings on visits there? ) that would have her resenting the kid.
I had to go back and read it, I guess I did not see the nasy a** kid part. If anything a sit down with the SIL is needed to clarify who is responsible to pick this kid up daily. Glad I don't have them troubles.
could you believe that post??! I was shocked at the tone of it. ttyl gotta dash out soon to grab my kale on sale for juicing! lol
Thanks for the rep, hope you have a great weekend!
I totally get it. So glad your diabetes was only temporary, with the pregnancies. I was such a darn gum chewer, ugh. A real weakness of mine has always been regular coke, the stuff that can dissolve nails! That is why I cannot buy pop. If I buy a case I drink the whole stupid case myself. I chug it can after can, but if it is not here I never miss it, so nuts. When I was shopping " the perimeter " of the grocery stores when I was eating very clean, that was the one thing that saved me from being tempted.....if I go down those aisles everything screams BUY ME!!!
ha ha I just hope when any of mine get hitched I can still remember some of those " blackmail " stories to tell at their weddings, lol
thats great good for you and him I can't believe that anyone would have the nerve to say something about something so natural
Thanks for the reps !!
No need for an apology, I should have phrased my words better. Hope you have a wonderful week!
Hey Francine!!! I'm back!!! Hope to catch up soon.
Oh dear Lord! Well I feel i got off lucky then, as my kids are spaced 3 yrs apart, one gap is a bit more, but I nursed till they were approx 7-10 mo. It depended on when the teeth came in ( agh! ouch!) With my DD I was so emotional ( as I was 39 when I had her, knew she was my last ) I wanted to nurse her way longer but I knew it was more for me than her, had trouble letting go I think, she was walking at 9 mo, such an independant thing she was too, fell asleep on her own, did not require hours of holding or rocking...so i think @ 11 mo I said enough to the breastmilk. sigh...where did the years go? lol
Wish you an amazing day!
