Just talked to my kids and they left at 5am so should be pulling in around 11am woohoo! Woke up at 4:30 needed to get up and take some pain meds but for the most part it's not to bad today and pee like a goose but lmao not nearly as badly as Miss Mollie dog did lol let her out and she usually only pees once but it was 4 times today sheeesh the little camel must of been storing it up! Tucked her back into bed with her daddy after I got her paws all dried out and held her up to the electric heater for a bit. Going back to bed in a bit myself. just what everyone wanted to hear about this morning is me and my dog peeing huh hehe! Just was amazed at Mollie lol . lol she discovered a treat that she really likes under the tree that she hasn't had in awhile as I have a hard time finding it. lmao she keep smelling it and then looking at me like "MOM how come you aren't giving me this, I want this, why's it under the tree?" She finally gave up lol she knows better then to mess with the tree, anything round to her is something to play fetch with so we had a bit of confusion when she first discovered the pretty round balls hanging from it. Have a super fantabulous day today everyone!

NS - you can gravy with the juice from your boiled dinner the same way you would make with roast/turkey, etc. (flour and water and gravy browner if you want it darker)

well, when i do it from a turkey, i pur off all the fat and juice. then i add water to the pan to scrape off the brown bits. then i add the juice from the pan, leaving the fat behind (turkey baster works great), then i take the fat (which i only had a little) and put it in a sauce pan, and add flour and brown it really well, then add the liquid back in. so what i ended up doing was taking 2 cups of the liquid from the boiled dinner and using it instead of water/bouillon.

it was FANTASTIC. altho hubby ended up in bed. he can't eat gravy. gives him pains.

so my mom luved dinner. and the one present i was worried about, the necklace that is 18 in not 16. she actually is wearing and doesn't mind the length! (thankgod). it's thin sterling so i donno how easy it would be to shorten. did not want to try.

ds, had an up/down xmas. ya know wot it was like when you were a kid, played with everything at once, then got bored?

really likes the RISK game, but it blows. man, i can't figure out the instructions for nothing. anyone play risk? like when he attacks my territorie, he has the option to keep battling right? so then after he invades me he can go on and battle another terrirotry? it's like i never get a chance!

or am i reading the rules wrong?
