Today my hubby and I are celebrating our 24th. Wedding Anniversary! He is a keeper I must say, after this many years we still laugh together like we are still kids, finish each others sentences (scary), but we laugh and he is and will always be my best friend!

I am thankful for technology because without it I wouldn't have text messaged the wrong person today and made myself laugh (after I finished feeling marginally idiotic). haha. Rule number one of cell phones: don't EVER carry on too many text convos at once. Thought I was sending DH a message, turns out I was sending it to my brother-in-law. Well, at least it was a "Home in 10 minutes. Please turn the oven to 400 for pizza" message and not something, ahem, rated 18+

OMG tonight I couldn't find my cane anywhere (think hubby hid it), anyway I broke my leg last July 27th. and I have had 2 surgerys to repair it, with 1 more surgery to go to remove all the hardware. I haven't walked without help since then, well anyway I started walking around tonight without realizing it. Hubby noticed, what a wonderful feeling. Broke my leg wearing those new runners (rockers), just out for a nature walk, I have since thrown them out.

A group of 40 year old girlfriends discussed where they should meet for
dinner. Finally, it was agreed upon that they should meet at the Ocean View
restaurant because the waiters there had tight pants and nice buns.
10 years later at 50 years of age, the group once again discussed where
they should meet for dinner. Finally it was agreed that they should meet at
the Ocean View restaurant because the food there was very good and the wine
selection was good also.
10 years later at 60 years of age, the group once again discussed where
they should meet for dinner. Finally it was agreed that they should meet at
the Ocean View restaurant because they could eat there in peace and quiet
and the restaurant had a beautiful view of the ocean.
10 years later, at 70 years of age, the group once again discussed where
they should meet for dinner. Finally it was agreed that they should meet at
the Ocean View restaurant because the restaurant was wheel chair accessible
and they even had an elevator.
10 years later, at 80 years of age, the group once again discussed where
they should meet for dinner. Finally it was agreed that they should meet at
the Ocean View restaurant because they had never been there before.
