GoJays, sometimes you have to thaw something.... and have a bit of a clue! I do, anyway - at least I need to decide on the main part (meat, fish), and deal with sides later.

Put a pork roast in the crock pot before I left for work with some Budweiser beer BBQ sauce I found at Costco. So it will be pulled pork sandwiches tonight!

Roasted whole chicken with EVOO, thyme, rosemary, basil, parsely, paprika, s/p seasoning with steamed potatoes and salad with homemade orange dressing - YUMMY!!

Heehee, brings back childhood memories 50% of the dishes my mom would make involved chicken, egg noodles (or rice) and cream of something soup You really can't go wrong though, cause it'll always taste yummo!
