Today this THAT day! My face is half shaven, my cats opened a bag of cat food and there is food and cat puke in my basement, and now I have a special MAN problem today that just won't go away. Perpetual swelling and allthough that can be common in the AM when I wake up, it has been a few hours now! I have to go do duties, but not like this!

Oh and I just noticed my pile of snow melted and over took my bag of salt that I bought to melt snow on teh sidewalk. What a mess!

Yahoo!! Guess I should stay in bed today!

Not being able to find a job in my field, then finding our SIL just got a job in my field and her education is in teaching. I'm happy for her but bummed for me. I spent 7 years in post secondary but apparently I can't get my foot in the door because I don't know the "right" people. I've been hoping to re-enter the workforce but I can't even get an interview in my field.

Sadly it seems to be all about who you know these days and not what you know or even if you're capable of doing the job.

Miss toodles is sick.. not full SICK SICK but she's got the school cold (one cold that seems to circulate it's way through a whole school.. happens every year) so she's getting crappy nights sleep, coughing, almost didn't go to school today teacher ALMOST called to send her home (but it was soo close to the end of the day) at this moment it will be debatable if she'll go to school tomorrow.. it's not runny nose or anything it's just regular coughing... it just means she's might be staying home tomorrow.. and i gotta go to walmart!

Same problem... graduated 7 years ago. Should have had a job in my field right away but they keep graduating more people than there is jobs. I'm not in my field now and it kills me. Yet a family member who graduated 4 years after me got a job in that field this year. Makes me insane. I hate nepotism.
