That bear video gets the heart pumping @walkonby . Mental note to not climb a tree when running from one of them. We were always told to find a hill and run down. Something about their center of gravity and they can't go downhill fast. Could be a myth though, who knows. Anyone know if the MythBusters ever tried this one?

My right leg is less stiff..so good news..I need to buy more voltaren.Today the plan is to order some coupons,finish the survey for recycle bank because I want my 3 others magazines and then just relax.Not planning to go to grocery store for sale until Sunday.Have an awesome day,we will have a heat wave in qc for the next days(canicule) so yay for ac.

Decent sleep last night, so that was helpful.

Home care doc called me yesterday afternoon, she will come to see me tomorrow afternoon.

Maybe just a half hour later, got a call from a physiotherapist asking if she could come the afternoon. She isn't the regular one I have had since I had left the hospital, so I will find out why.

Hoping I get a call from the mobile lab to have bloodwork done tomorrow, Fridays are when they do my area.

Milan did the FB aging app on himself - if it were even close to accurate, he is going to still look pretty darned good at 67! I won't do it on myself, and there is no use doing my husband's - it would show him at 108! I just need to look at pics of his dad (passed away at 82 in 1997), my husband is a dead ringer for him.

Good morning, everyone. Just made a cup of coffee and thought I would pop in. I haven't been online much lately. Busy with the garden (which I enjoy) and also strangely low-energy and homesick (N.S.) lately.

Boy, do I miss being able to PM people. @walkonby , I am so sorry to hear about Murphy's diagnosis. There is nothing like the stress of our pets becoming sick. The feeling of helplessness is awful and there is the anxiety of trying to figure out how they're feeling at any given moment and what you can do to make it better. Please keep us posted. I will be thinking about you and sending you both good vibes.

@GoJays , I don't know where you find these memes, but some of them make me laugh out loud - much needed, so thank you! I tried to give you a rep, but a message popped up telling me I had to "spread it around" before I could. LOL! Same thing when I tried to "rep" you, @Natalka .

Anyway today Day was a day off from the gym. I did too much yesterday. However I still did some ddp yoga at home. Tomorrow I’m back at the gym for their sweat rx class and more treadmill.
