    I have never uploaded a personal video. Unsure the steps. Links I have posted have been from other sites saucy as YouTube. Where is you video? Thanks for trying!

    I think your use of the [VIDEO] tag is correct, just unsure if it has to be a specific source. The link to your video would go between link

    I know it’s late lol. Went for spin class today and then my eye exam. They have to wait for the contacts to come in now. My prescription was high so they had to order them. $105 for a 6 month supply. I also went online and ordered a pair of glasses for $47cad including frame, lens and shipping so I can have glasses in an emergency or if I ever want to take a break from contacts.

    Heres a pic of the glasses i ordered.

    I'm going to go to Chatham tomorrow to give some support to my cousins. Things are not looking great. The drs did a biopsy today. They are thinking maybe metastatic bone cancer. Who knows why people don't seek help before things get out of hand.
    It's bad when your experiences help you to help others at times like this.
