Believe it or not I did think of you when I saw it -- somehow my addled brain remembered you were a mouse-aficionado!

.....oh, I just love the little critters, @GoodBoy . those two pictures just felt like such a comfort. I'm still reeling from the news.
As to mice, we had a lovely little white one when DH was in university and we had to train it to run on its little wheel (which it loved doing!) counterclockwise to get fed. By gosh, what a fast learner it was! I miss the little thing to this day...we released it onto a local golf course...the best place we could think of..
I'd keep them as pets (have you seen the youtube videos of them?!) but they don't live very long and I'd be in tears so often...

My cousin's son, Morgan, who had the heart transplant passed away.

Oh my goodness, @GoodBoy , no worries, it's just been a week of one sad thing after another. But as a dear Friend reminded me today, the longer we live, the more likely it is that we're bound to lose friends in our age bracket, nevermind tragic news of the young passing too early. C'est la vie, I guess...

Friday is here...FINALLY!

Going to finish up work for the week and enjoy the weekend!
Lady and I are going to the Ripley's Aquarium tomorrow ...now that we won't be living in Toronto all that much longer...thought we'd get all that touristy stuff done!
Some big decisions to be made regarding work as well this weekend...
