Good morning everyone, @22hicks hope you had a restful night. Can't wait until my groceries on Tuesday lol. I'll have more on my upcoming food budget after I spent $80 from my last food budget for that nutri bullet blender. I think the smoothies are a big part in helping me lose 20lbs in the last 2 months. I won't weigh myself again until mid December.

Glad the smoooothies are helping. December which year?

congrats!!! @cabmonk that is one small change ( smoothies ) and look at the amazing results it produced for weight loss!
I am maintaining still instead of going further down, but I am grateful to be treading water instead of drowning.....Christmas and 3 birthdays to get through here....it will be a challenge.

@walkonby , Thanks, I'll keep trying. I hear ya on Christmas and other things coming up. Thanksgiving at my cousins I definitely ate less than I would have in the past and I was good. Also only drank water while I was there instead of any pop or anything. I do think the smoothies were a big part though. I put chia seeds and apple cider vinegar in my smoothies and I think that helped.

@cabmonk I forgot about you starting to take cider vinegar! Well between the reduction/elimination of pop and these other changes I'll bet it feels so good to get some relief from your gout symptoms too.

Gout has gone up and down but overall I think the apple cider vinegar has helped my gout.

Good morning everyone!!! A rainy day in QC so a perfect time to do the dishes,baking a banana bread and do a little bit of cleaning.Or just relax watching Halloween movies or chilling.Wishing everyone an awesome day!!!

Stars and Thunder will happen here in Timmins again next summer. The big rumor for the main headliner for Canada day will be Shania Twain, I guess we'll see. They are making the lineup announcement for the 8 day festival in 10 days and they said yes the main headliner is Canadian. This past Canada day headliner was Keith Urban.

The main reason people are thinking it's Shania Twain. She used to have 2 shows booked for Hamilton June 30th and July 1st, but when you look now the July 1st listing is gone. That might not be enough evidence that she is playing here though lol.

Honey, I've been so lazy today; I slept in because I still have a bit of a cough that wakes me up a few times a night, and had ohhh, pretty much no ambition tiday. I did do some adjustments on Gs's scary clown costume, but thankfully just the fabric, didn't have to see that mask again. Ugh! I'd better get something special for when he pays us a visit with the kids before he goes out with his "just a friend who's a girl"..hahaha. Too cute. We generally don't give him a lot of candy, Mom & Dad toss most of it, anyway. Mom enjoys the peanut butter cups because of his peanut allergy, though.

Now, we're just flipping between the ballgame and the NFL game, but mostly the later because of the lousy Astros pitcher...and their non-hitting. Looks like another LA win, although @walkonby 's Altuve just got a hit. Two on. We'll see how this develops.

Are you drinking it?mixing it in something? Or taking it in pill form? I tried straight apple cider vinegar before and hated the taste.

Hi all. I had the pleasure of going to yellowing for an echocardiogram. Honestly thought it was going to be more invasive from what my one Dr said but it really was like a ultrasound.

Tonight I'm just relaxing. I had my pup with me on the couch but as I typed this she left me.
Enjoying the lack of machine sounds

Hello folks!
Back and forth to Chatham pretty much pooped me out.

But church today then pot luck and play rehearsal. OUR play looks a lot like the the mess that is IN the play but I am only the promptor.

Laundry - working on quilting project - tidying up - making lists of groceries needed -all part of today.

I managed to find a whole bunch of drapes that I think will work on several windows at the VV Boutique in London on the way home.

Am watching Madame Secretary and flipping back and forth to the Baseball game.

Wonder who will be indicted tomorrow and for what in the States. I hope whoever it is has "Trump" as a last name.
