Morning! Not sure how 'good', windchill is -48!

It's only 9:30 and I'm pooped already - been up for three hours, I'm all washed up and had breakfast. Gee, washing is such a huge effort!
The past few days have been pretty rough for me - and I feel as though I'm barely hobbling around. No, I haven't been doing too much - in fact, I'm so bloody bored...

Husband braved the frigid temps to go see Milan yesterday - to go wash him up, check his incision (all is good there!), and to bring him food and drink. Oh, how I wish I could make the trip!

Rush it and it'll take longer. Yep, boring as hell.

Being negative never helps recovery. So much out of your control. Control what you can. Do not moan about what you have no control over. IMHO.

Purged all the unusable or unwanted Christmas wrapping paper today. Much more room in the closet. I even found a couple of little gifts meant for my SIL and me from my mother. Our birthdays are the same day in a couple of weeks so we'll each get a gift from my mum.

I also packed away Christmas linens and have been doing laundry.

Next-reorganizing Christmas cards-they just keep popping up everywhere! Need to get them into a smaller container and filed away until next year.

My friend is coming over for New Years dinner and evening tomorrow. That reminds me-I should take the roast out of the freezer.

Started watching the live stream for the new years countdown from Sydney Australia at 6am and eating chips lol. it will be the new year there in an hour. Then I will try to find more places celebrating new years eve through the day. Hope everyone has a good day and a good new years eve whatever your plans are.

@GoodBoy Yeah I watched almost all of their new years concert and the fireworks. They really do put on a good fireworks show which went about 12 mins. Hope you have a good new year.
