@Natalka , glad to see you back.
Took Friday off, because we were literally snowed into our side road, the plows hadn't gone by and there were snow drifts 3ft+ all along the side road...
...and then the lovely commute into work this morning...4 hours...yup, 4 hours for a usual 1.25 hour drive...
Any who, both the lady and I are safe and sound at work, respectively, that's all that really matters.
So off to the races to get caught up on missed work.
Have a wonderful, dry (hopefully), warm, and cozy day everyone. Enjoy the 'warmer' weather!

Happy Day! Home again and pecking away at the list of things I need to accomplish. Have done many loads of laundry. Cleaning and putting away Christmas linens, etc.
Contacting people who might come to my birthday party on Saturday.
Packing away some of my Christmas decorations.
Got in contact with the service that can provide us with a chairperson who can hang shelves in the laundry room and drapery tracks so we can fend off the wicked winter winds!
Lots of snow fell here last night but the temp actually got above freezing for a while today.
Heavy-snowball kind of snow.

Morning everyone that might be out there
. My stomach felt like a brick most of Sunday and into Monday. Took a bunch of pepto bismol and other stuff lol. Feel a bit better today but just a 10 minute walk to Timmy's took everything out of me. I just wanted to get out for a walk and I was completely drained when I got back home. Anyway I hope everyone else feels better than that today.

You guys are funny it’s like 6C over here in the lower mainland of BC. I am just enthused that it’s not snowing or there’s sleet or ice rain.

Tue, Jan 9th, 2018, 11:04 AM #5880Yeah yeah lol. Momofkali.. keeps telling me about the weather in Vancouver. Here in Timmins we are finally out of that stupid cold snap with day time highs with wind of -45. So a few days of -8's and even showing +3 Thursday and then right back to -30 over the weekend.
