So I forgot to post a picture this morning.

Did 30 mins of the beginners ddp yoga this morning. Don't worry I won't mention this everyday lol. I wanted to do more but my internet was acting up and the video kept freezing up. I wasted too much time dealing with it that I just gave up. A short time later it was all working but I was done worrying about it by then. Anyway on Friday I'll do the ddp yoga stand up and then take the weekend off. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Yeah, that Booster stuff... you have to watch the calories too, on top of all the other stuff. It's terrible that you think you're getting something so good for you and then you read the actual ingredients. I can't drink them, they make me so thirsty. Maybe it's all the added chemicals. Smoak is gone? Crap. I mean, yay for babies, but I hope he's not gone too long. Gee, did that sound selfish?

That will be my last Booster juice until my next birthday.

Hey no worries, Smoak actually gets ripped off on his Paternity leave because of this double hitter. Rules say they can only miss 3 games, so he must have thought CRAP! two of them are on the same day.
Good for us, bad for him and his family.

Wasn't that a horrific face plant that Solarte had running to 3rd? OUCH! I admit I rewound the thing and watched it in slow motion....it is amazing he did not knock out his front teeth or break his nose!

Rain Maker tied the game at 7-7.....whew! Bet the team is glad he is back. After losing that 5-0 lead I got a tad nervous.

A very good earlier morning to all the earlier birds that will follow me!!! TGIF!!!! I did not steal this one!!! Very difficult emotive week with a lots of stress,crisis of panicking and tears because it was the 4 anniversary of the death of my brother and the 29 april was the birthday anniversary of my death mother .....So I got busy in trading and stayed busy just to try to forgot these things.Anyway wishing you all an awesome day!!! I hope we will have great weather,yesterday was rain.

Apologies for being MIA yesterday. I looked back and realized I didn't let you wonderful folks know that I'd be away yesterday.
Unfortunately the Lady and I had to attend a funeral, down in the Niagara Falls area. We drove down Wednesday night, stay overnight, and drove back yesterday evening.

Rainy start to the day, drive in was slow, of course.
The heat is supposed to roll around soon, which makes for great Thunder Storm conditions! AWESOME!

Rainy here too, but unfortunately, no thunder. But thank heavens we're not dealing with the flooding in the east coast. Where is @Newfiescreech ? Has she decided to stay in Mexico?
