Good morning!
Well, Dan it's 5 a.m., I slept the last hour but awoke to searing pain down my left leg... Sciatica can be such a bugger!
I'm going to go try sleep a little bit before husband goes to work.

Humidex of high 30s today, ick!

Tonight I'll be watching the All Star game, last night's HR Derby was very entertaining....thank goodness no Judge or Stanton were in the mix.
I heard this morning that Harper's Dad ( who pitched the balls to Bryce ) may have broken the rules by tossing one to Bryce BEFORE the previous one had landed in the outfield.
Oh well....too late now. Harper hoisted his trophy to the delight of his Washington fans....he still has great hair btw.

It's just after 8 and I'm baaack after a decent snooze.
I have an odd muscle pull ? in my back and right side, just below the shoulder blade. It has been painful and a real bother, like whenever I need to reach with my right arm, walking, but the worst is when I have to cough with this darned cold, the pain brings me to tears.
Oh, yes, I didn't have enough to deal with. Honestly I wonder when this piling up of stuff on me is going to stop already!

Well, boo-hoo. Well, onward and upward with the day!

@Lynn49 - you really ARE retired- it's Tuesday!
So far today I walked over to Dollarama with my neighbour and bought flowers which she will use to make the cemetery "saddles" - (I hate that word.)

Took Footie for a walk and got her to eat her 2 kinds is meds. (Lynn, as always, you are a heinous - oops- an autocorrect that I DEFINITELY did not type! It should read, "a genius" - see how I get myself in trouble! She is really enjoying the stuff with added boiled carrots or pumpkin.

Then I took her to be clipped - I felt so badly because she was shaking when I left! But she was much happier when I returned. And cute too!

Then I arranged to get together with a friend to chat and eat and go see the movie about Mr. Rogers. And then I bought copious amounts of things at the Mennonite Thrift store.

Now I am home. I am going to have a much needed shower. Tootie Isn't fussing as she usually does when she gets a clip so I think I might stay with these groomers.

Gotta run.

@avoncallingu , not a genius at all...just after having 4 dogs, one gets to know how to fix certain things that happen to be going on. I'm happy Tootie's happy with her new coiffure and her food additions. Jenny doesn't like either of those...well...unless the carrots are sufficiently cooked and she detects butter.........sigh....but you've met her, right? hahaha!!
Our DD tells people she can't tell whether she's sitting or standing she's so....poofy...I think she's quite mistaken. Hmph.
