Good morning! Well, yesterday was much too hot, today should be less so. Do not like.

Today a nurse and PT will come see me.
My owies are the same. That muscle pain night have in my upper back/side really bothers me when trying to sleep, so it wasn't a great night.

I'm going to go back to bed for a bit, had some coffee and watermelon. Husband just left for work, so he will be late - yesterday aft his company had their annual golf thing, and he's not a golfer. The walking got to him.

Morning everyone! Lovely day outside! I chatted with my step-daughter and my grand-daughter this morning. Lots of smiles! They are going to Hawaii on Friday for a family vacation. It's a place I wouldn't be going right now with all the air pollution from the volcano.

I must work on a memorial ceremony for my mum's cousin, 2 wedding ceremonies, and trying to find some documentation for my visit to the US Consulate next week. So I am off.

Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope everyone is keeping cool. My garden is loving this heat spell over the last couple weeks, and the city is replacing water lines along our street so we've been blessed with free temporary water this month

Nat - I hope they are able to find you some relief soon!

Mmm PB toast! I just had a bagel.

Nurse was here, two and a half hours, they are sure thorough. Best news is that heart rate has stayed normal, all other vitals are good.
Legs have been good, so I will likely be getting back to compression stockings soon.

I hope to have a bit of the rest before the physiotherapist comes at three.

Humidex is 34, we are under a severe thunderstorm watch.
I have kept it relatively cool in here.

Personally, I'm quite partial to toasted rye bread with margarine and marmalade

Ew on the marmalade... For me, crunchy pb on rye or multigrain bread, the more seeds the better because they get all crunchy when toasted.

PT just left, that's the end of the ultrasound treatments on my knees. They are better, but the improvement is localized to the centre and sides of my kneecaps where she used the wand. Now I need magic to heal the rest so I can least walk the way I did a month ago, it wasn't great, but it was way better than how it is for me now.
Oh, and summer colds are crap.
