Very pretty buildings and apartments, @avoncallingu ...the video tour of that apartment showed a lovely, airy apt with lots of windows. But if you put up brown brocade curtains, Sweetie, I'll be down there right quick to take 'em down!!
I'm guessing nothing is up for availability...I imagine the worst has to happen for one to become available...c'est la vie, eh?

No, @Lynn49 , there are actually 4 apartments available in the next 90 days. I just remembered that my month starts on the 15th, so I would be responsible here until April 15. The video is of a style thAt I don't particularly like. If you go back to the site and look up the Clifton - it's closer to what I might like.

I have moved everything out of the way so the guys can take the bed out tomorrow.

Ah! Okay, I'll look that up, too! I have nothing against brocade, it's lovely, I have yards of it here that I meant to make drapes from...it's the crap brown I dislike....I love white, off white, winter white, perhaps a pale seafoam, blue or yellow (very pale!)...yah. That's about it. Hahaha!!!

Was just resting today. Not much pain but just feel blah. I'm going to try and do some DDP yoga tomorrow. Watching YouTube and then bed.

I'm going to go back with a friend to see the apartments again. You know how it is the first time you see something-it's just a general impression.

Well, I was just about to go to sleep when my BrotherR called. He really has no filter about when it is too late to phone. When he has something on his mind, he doesn't look at the clock.

Good morning! @Lynn49 - I got that same scammer phone call this morning at 7:45 - grrrrrrr! So I am awake early. Headache and all.

I always used to say that when I retired I would become a Karaoke hostess on a cruise ship - hmmmm. Too old and wrinkly-couldn't keep the hours any more.

Well they are working on the roof-either that or my upstairs neighbour is stuck in a closet and trying to pound her way out.

It's -20 out there, so it's homemade soup day around here!

@avoncallingu, I couldn't find "Clifton"....fill us in on your 'second impression' of those apartments, later?

@Newfiescreech , we're just fine here, down 13lbs, was in a real stall for a while, but the scale is slowly moving downwards. VERY slowly, but @walkonby promised me (didn't you, Walks?) that if I stick to this, that number will suddenly drop a bit more and I'll be rewarded and happily surprised. Right, Waks?!

@Natalka, miss you here in the mornings, but I sure get the sketchy wifi in hospitals...hope you're having a much better day than yesterday and that your medical team is getting closer to figuring out what's happening to you and getting you on track to a healthy you once again!

Thanks @avoncallingu I will try to do a light stretching workout today. It's only about 16 mins long and mostly for your hips back and knees. I will try to get back to normal by Monday.

Also our city has the good food box for $20.00, it's filled with fruits and veggies. You order by the first Thurs of the month and pick up on the third Thurs. I got a call that my box was ready to pick up so I took my wagon to pick it up.

Definitely won't be eating any raw carrots or cauliflower for a while though lol.

Mashed cauliflower is the best, Cabbie! You can just slurp it up!
