It's a day....the routine is the same, shower, physio, chiro...shop, in that order. Oops, before any of that it is Pets!...food, scritches, water, walks, treats.

I had better let your dh know! I have been wrestling with Rogers and got some things settled -some things not. The have run out of 519 area code numbers so my new area code will be 548. People will think I am a telemarketer. Got to run over to a foot appointment. Ah the irony!

@GoJays , you find a pic of a Jay on your computer, trace it in pencil, re-trace in pencil to get a good copy, turn it upside-down on your pot, and use something like a spoon to rub the tracing to get the image onto the pot. (Or buy tracing paper). Then just paint it! same with the logo!
See? Easy-peasy!

Hahaha....that's a craft, not work! Do just one pot! I have to spray paint our ugly blue recycling container that we keep by our rv door this summer...probably light grey, maybe paint a nice "Trailer Trash" on it. If I do, I'll post it for you, too.

G'day mates!

Was up way too early, everyone was paranoid about me not being late for my ride.
So, awake at six, husband here at seven, but van not here at 7:30. Ward clerk called them at 7:45, some doofus there had me booked for next Monday. After a wait, they finally got a driver here.

Appt at cardiac devices clinic was fine - the tech had to do some rejigging of my pacing, but everything was good. Felt odd when she would cycle me to mid-90s to 100, I felt a weird fluttering, which is normal.
Then got to see my very handsome cardiologist - as my neighbour says, he looks like a kid - he said how much better I looked than the last time he saw me, I had pink cheeks!
So all is good with me until I see him in a year.

Came back to hospital just before 11, and I barely got out of the darned wheelchair, way to long to be very three hours in it. I hadn't eaten, so had a quick granola bar and cuppa - and a fast rest before physio at 11:30. Had a painful walk and session on the Sci-Fit.
I was late for lunch, but gobbled it up while I iced my foot.

I am really sore, lunch meds weren't enough, so just had to ask for something else. I shan't do much the rest of the day.
