@Natalka , I don't recall that, but I think it's a sweet spirit animal to have...I'll have to find out what mine is, but if it's not a dog I'll just keep that info to myself.

Hello folks!

I had a de-briefing meeting tonight with one of our applicants. Came home with very sore throat and ears and feet killing me.

I will be getting 2 New Windows, perhaps, but it seems like I went through all this last year and didn't wind up with a new patio window, so I am not holding my breath.

I have a Dr. Appointment in the morning, so I will hopefully have him take a look. Don't want to go through a nasty cold again!

So now my bed is covered with every sock I own, and lots of Christmas cards and a couple of boxes which I quickly put under the duvet when the window inspection guy was coming. It does NOT have a mattress cover or any sheets. Because I have been doing laundry but nothing is dry yet.

I may have to sleep on the floor tonight.

Well, folks, I am going to sit still until I go to bed.

Oh yeah, it's US Thanksgiving tomorrow (as Clement knows) so I bought a turkey breast -cook from frozen and my BrotherR is coming over for foot care and dinner.

It's also my step-son-in-law has a birthday tomorrow. Will have to give him a "Happy Birthday" serenade. My step-son is also there and hoping to get to see my Grand-daughter via messenger, as well.

No choir practice tomorrow. Lots of football on TV, though.

Good morning @GoJays Well my family arrived about 3.30 this morning .So the craziness will start. Did sleep as yet because of so much things to be done. Now I am going to try and nap for a little before the get up in the morning. Still lots to do pull of a Real Thanksgiving feast. Have a great day all.

Mornin @GoJays ! A bitter very cold day ahead for us " wimps " ....nothing like what Natalka or Newfiescreech gets but I am bundling up with all the stuff I have today. Oh I just remembered Newfie is in Ontario atm!!
