Having my tea and then out the door for a walk. Have a few errands to run today. Trying to go out as little since our Covid 19 case is going up in Ontario.

@Natalka hoping and praying that you can get through this difficult time. I feel like as soon as you get a little better from one problem some thing else comes up. You are a very strong woman to go through all the pain you do. You are also lucky to have a wonderful DH by your side. Hope yesterday and the rest of the week gets better for you.

Thanks @avoncallingu , neck and shoulders are feeling better, but the back I feel is starting to overcompensate for the sore neck and shoulder. I have another appointment for a massage in a few hours. Hopefully this one will accelerate the healing of everything all at once!

Good Morning! Just trying to wake up. My DH was with me in all my dreams last night. In my dream we were shopping in a fantabulous Christmas Store complex. But I didn't buy ANYTHING. There were other people with me too and they found things to buy.
@Lynn49- have fun watching your Hallmark Christmas movies today! Christmas in July!

@Natalka- hoping you and yours are feeling ok. Maybe you could tell us about your kitty cat on Caturday.

@Newfiescreech- have you found any wonderful sea glass lately. I'm picturing you in that beach-haven that you built.

Oh what a beautiful morning...! Summer has returned! I may take my embroidery outside today!

Wow, our covid numbers are starting to soar again thanks to the imbiciles who refuse to wear masks! Those who are going about their lives as if covid has left on vacation! I just shake my head at those gatherings, partying...that $10k fine has just GOT to be scattered around before someone else dies like here in Ontario again. Welcome to our 2nd wave.

On the upside, it's sunny out there, nothing urgent to do.

I sure wish you, @danger_dan , @Natalka , have much better days ahead starting very soon.

@Natalka , is this life for you now and into your future because of your heart? That lack of circulation in your legs is certainly causing you awful pain and discomfort..I pray something can permanently be done to stop it all instead of having to continue to live like that. Hugs, Nat.

Oh....about the sunflowers we have grown in front and back....no I don't save any of the seeds.
DH and I have never had a " thing " for eating sunflower seeds...too much work and not enough meat there to bother. ha ha

I am making apple chips today.
Using just 1 of the dehydrators but with 8 trays stacked up on each other. I sliced up 11 apples.
The recipe says it will take 10 hours in total to dry them.
They may be done just in time to watch the Jays win ( again!! )
Last night's game was so much fun to watch! Our rookie catcher ( 21 ) hit his first big league HR.

Hope whoever has access to the sunshine today...soak it in. @Newfiescreech HELLOO!!!!!! so nice to see ya in here again.

Stupid migraine today so I’m just resting. I got in 200 mins of exercise yesterday so it’s ok to rest a bit lol. Tomorrow I’ll be back to the gym. Hope everyone has a good day.
