Whipped up a pasta sauce with wilted spinach, garlic, mushrooms and onions. Loads of fresh basil and some oregano, chili flakes, marjoram and rosemary. DH hoovered it.

made a roast in the slowcooker. found a new recipie for it.. i seared the roast on all sides, then mixed a can of mushroom soup, 1 cup water, 1 pkg onion soup mix and a dash of pepper. put it in the slowcooker for 8hrs on low. mmm that is some yummy gravy. had mashed potatoes (for the gravy of course) and corn and buns.

Wow, these all sound great!
I'm a sickie, so we ordered in Chinese food - so that takes care of two suppers; I won't have to cook tonight.

We used the Metro skinless, boneless breasts to make 3 different things. One was the old stand by, my breaded breasts with stuffing, two a recipe I found in a booklet at Sobeys called lemon rosemary chicken and quinoa, and the last of it was cut into chunks, marinated in Mama Sita's BBQ pkg. spice and grilled!
It was tough deciding which one to have , as they all smelled quite good.

scalloped potatoes with mushrooms and onion (don't think that's really a traditional way of making it, but it's yummy!)
asian blend mixed frozen veggies
a PC multigrain baguette.
lemon cake for desert.
